I started working at 14.
I spent a decade at Ernst & Young inside the Financial Services practice — helping the world's largest banks design operating systems that hold under extreme pressure. Regulatory work. Resolution planning. Deputy head of a 200-person practice.
Then another decade in technology — finishing as President of Commend Americas, where our systems run inside some of the most critical and complex organizations in the world. Full responsibility across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Across those environments, one pattern repeated:
Strategy was often clear. Execution wasn't.

I’m a husband and a father of three.
